Scope of Service

David Mulholland began his career in commercial real estate in 2008 where he worked alongside a team whose focus was primarily downtown office leasing. While on that team he gained experience representing a wide range of clients, from local start-ups to some of the world’s largest and most recognizable companies. He has represented both tenants and landlords in finding unique solutions to their real estate challenges.

In 2018, David joined Blackstone Commercial, where he can apply his past experience to a wide range of real estate services.

David attended the University of Alberta where he completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance. He has also worked in the engineering industry where he was involved in the design and project management of commercial and civil developments.
